On the 24th of May, the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation organized an exciting day of adventure for 39 unaccompanied children who are accommodated at the children’s shelters of “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center.

Andria Neocleous, Director of the Humanitarian Division of “Hope For Children’ CRC Policy Center thanked the Foundation for this act of kindness stating that “These initiatives are very important for the Organisation, as they support our vision for a holistic approach to every child’s need, especially towards the needs of this vulnerable group, to whom we have to provide not only social, psychological and legal support but also their right to play. ’’
Οne of the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation’s key objectives is to inspire acts of giving and instill the concept of volunteerism in the public, not only in terms of money but also in terms of giving time and energy to do something good for the community.
Founder, Julia Dashina commented that “the needs of these children who spend their lives in shelters or youth guesthouses, dreaming for a better future is an immense one. It is not only a matter of providing food and shelter, but it is also important to be able to offer them psychological support, external stimulation and, most importantly, access to opportunities so that they can start their lives as adults on equal terms.”
