Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation supports Limassol Municipality for Christmas
As part of its Christmas campaign, Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation has decided to once again help the social initiatives of the Limassol Municipality by adhering to the needs of the “Koinoniko Pantopolio” and “Free Hands” programmes.
On the 15nth of December, the Foundation generously donated to Koinoniko Pantopolio a plethora of amenities, including diapers, milk formulae and baby food, soap and oil in order to help the 150 families that are supported by the program twice a month.
In addition to this, right after Christmas, Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation personally delivered a variety of board games, acrylic paints, brushes, scissors, drawing pens, colour markers and crayons to the teenagers looked after by the volunteers in the “Open Hands” program. This contribution aims to spark creativity to the youth and add colour to their time spent with the programme.
Giorgoulla Leonidas, Municipal Secretary of the Limassol Municipality expressed her joy for the foundation’s contribution to both projects: “Andrey and Julia Dashin’s aid will significantly help our efforts in providing our fellow citizens in need with a better quality of life”.
Founder, Andrey Dashin stated: “Since day one, the philosophy of Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation was simple, and that is to strive and make a positive change in people’s lives. By taking the time to listen to the needs of our community and seeing how we can collectively help to make things better, especially during the festive season, is what we are all about.”
