Exinity Group
About me
I am Andrey Dashin, the founder of the Exinity fintech group, which comprises renowned brands like Exinity, FXTM, and Alpari International. Apart from the financial brands, I have also established the Andrey and Julia Dashin Foundation and support the Russian charitable fund Alpari.
I was born on July 8, 1975, in Kazan, Tatarstan. After graduation from high school, I simultaneously enrolled for two separate degrees (pedagogical and economic) in two different Kazan Universities. After weighing all options, I chose to specialize in Banking, successfully graduating from the Finance and Credit faculty of Kazan’s Federal University.
While studying, I was invited to work in a foreign exchange department of a large regional bank. A few years later, in 1997, I moved to the position of chief accountant in a local branch of a major oil company. During the Russian financial crisis of 1998 and the subsequent collapse of traditional economic models, I drew my attention to the forex market, which was taking off in Russia then. Soon after, I established the Alpari brand, quickly becoming Russia’s top forex broker.
I founded ForexTime Limited, also known as FXTM, in Cyprus in 2011. Using cutting-edge technologies and products, FXTM rapidly gained recognition in the fiercely competitive financial markets. As a result, FXTM has been consistently recognized by numerous awarding bodies.
In June 2020, I officially announced the launch of Exinity Group, which currently encompasses existing retail businesses and brands such as Exinity, ForexTime (FXTM), and Alpari International, aiming to empower the millennial generation in emerging markets.
Charity is very dear to me and takes up much of my time. I am very proud that the Alpari Charitable Fund, established in 2005, provided targeted assistance of over 50 million rubles to more than 4,000 low-income families, children from social institutions, and children with disabilities. I was honored by the former President of Tatarstan, Mr. Mintimir Shaimiev, for contributing to constructing the first “Children’s Hospice” in Kazan. Furthermore, in 2011, I restored the Church of Gurias of Kazan in the Laishevsky district of Tatarstan and was awarded a medal.
When I relocated with my family to Cyprus, I founded Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation with my wife to support charitable initiatives in Cyprus and give back to all aspects of the Cypriot community – environment, culture, health, and sports, emphasizing children.
My wife Julia and I have three beautiful children. In my spare time, I especially enjoy hiking, cycling, boxing and running. In the spring of 2017, I even completed my first half-marathon race.
I firmly believe that success comes from hard work and the ability to draw from life experiences to achieve goals. My philosophy is that character is built upon the molding of one’s personality daily and that we are all works of progress.
