Having miraculously survived the Soviet era, the Church of All the Holy Kazanites in the village of Tashkirmen is now undergoing restoration. Vitaliy Belyaev, the church’s rector, and Alpari Charitable Fund director Andrey Dashin are looking ahead to a camp for handicapped children and orphans being built here.
