In the middle of March, I took part in a training course for Alpari’s upper management. The course, which lasted 2 days, took place in Kazan.
The training exercises there were focused on developing leadership qualities and instilling a greater sense of team spirit among the top managers at our company. A person can be incredibly knowledgeable and have great ideas, but it’s impossible to do business without a group of like-minded people. That’s our most important resource.
The course included actual training as well as a number of informal events designed to bring us closer together as a team. I hope the leadership qualities of my colleagues improved over the course of the events. I’m pretty sure we did manage to come together as a team though.
