An unforgettable circus show

Earlier this October, Julia’s and my charity – the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation, organized a two-day event for the local children and families in Cyprus.

We invited the famous St. Petersburg Stage Circus Stars of Russia to perform and lead the event over a weekend, which was held at the Municipal Garden Theater in Limassol. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the event had completely sold out all the tickets for the Saturday and Sunday. In fact, there wasn’t one empty seat, with some spectators happy to watch the excellent circus entertainment whilst standing in the aisles.

It was great to see just how many attended this event. Even though the Garden Theater accommodates approximately 1,800 guests, the event gathered almost 4,000 people from all around the island both days. My family and I came to watch the performance on Saturday. It was a pleasant surprise for me how well our efforts were received. I would also like to note that the Foundation granted over 350 free tickets to children from families in need, making the event truly a charitable one, and one to remember.
