Αndrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation Collaborates with Cyprus Red Cross for another Christmas Campaign

Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation is happy to announce its collaboration with the Cyprus Red Cross Society Youth Section for the second year held under the auspices of the Cyprus Red Cross Society President, Mrs.

Fotini Papadopoulos, and the founders, Andrey and Julia Dashin. Similarly to last year, the campaign will run throughout December with a goal to help underprivileged families and children throughout the island by offering necessities and goods in hopes of spreading the joy of the festive season.

1000 “Packages of Love” containing food and personal care products, as well as 1000 vouchers will be offer to families in need around Cyprus. Specifically, the Youth Section of the Cyprus Red Cross Society will distribute 600 ‘‘Packages of Love” to elementary schools and 400 packages to secondary schools. The Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation will, in turn, provide these families with 1000 vouchers, worth 20 euros each, which they will be able to redeem for Christmas presents for their children.

Mrs. Fotini Papadopoulos, President of the Cyprus Red Cross Society, expressed her gratitude towards Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation, stating: “On behalf of the Cyprus Red Cross Society I would like to thank Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation for supporting our National Society and the Youth Section’s efforts in distributing the “Packages of Love” and vouchers. Your continuous contribution to the Society has been a light of hope to the families in need and a great example of our most important fundamental principle: Humanity. Thank you again for your generosity and philanthropy”.

In regards to the campaign, Mr. Andrey Dashin said: “Christmas is a time for giving and we are more than happy to be able to provide for these families something that can make this season a little more special. The Cyprus Red Cross Society has done a wonderful job in adhering to people’s needs and it is always a great pleasure to be able to collaborate with them on a Pancyprian level. Our moto for 2018 is ‘make a positive change’ and we believe that everybody can have a positive impact to the lives of others and slowly make our world a better place for all”.
