The Big Brief: Step up

On 12 December, at the Trakasol Cultural Center in Limassol, Alpari International and FXTM held a joint event: ‘The Big Brief: Step up’, which gathered employees from Russia, Mauritius, UK, Nigeria, and many other countries.

Held for the second time, this year’s event became more interesting, inspirational, and motivational. The Directors and Heads of the Departments prepared exiting presentations. We talked about our culture, self-evaluation, summed up the results of 2019, and shared plans for the future.

In addition, the winners of our 2019 champions program for best employees every month received their awards on stage, welcomed by applause for their dedication. The shareholder’s award of the year went to FXTM’s Global Head of Sales, Thomas Selby.

Our team has been working hard all year, and all of our achievements have been a big step up towards the future developments – exploring the expansion of new products and services in 2020, and reaching new regions.

I hope that the event will grow year to year and become a good annual tradition. I would like to thank all the participants for such a great event!
