Helping Deryneia Gymnasium students to see the world «from a new perspective»

At the beginning of July this year, in the multifunctional hall of Gymnasium Eirinis & Eleftherias in Deryneia, Ammochostos area, a multimedia projector and screen were installed. Funds for the purchase and installation were kindly allocated by Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation.

Earlier, the Foundation had already supported the district’s B’ Primary school in the reconstruction of the main children’s playroom. Additionally, it was decided to sponsor this project as well so that the students of the gymnasium could immerse themselves in the special atmosphere of a large-scale image.

Our Founder, Julia Dashina noted: «Using the projector serves general educational, presentation and movie-theatre experience. The development of the creative potential of children is one of the highest priorities of our Foundation, thus financial support was provided with great joy and pleasure”.

The Gymnasium administration and the students themselves are very grateful to the Foundation for the support, and are looking forward to seeing the world “from a new perspective”.
